An industrial park aiming to become the benchmark of China's new consumption industry was put into operation in Shangcheng district, Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, on Dec 12, local media outlets reported.

The park consists of a headquarters base for the local new consumption industry, an online platform for the cosmetics and wine industrial chains, a support center, and multiple offices.

Enterprises sin the park can use four platforms for exhibition, trading, experience and resource allocation, respectively. They can release and exhibit their new products, hold livestream sales promotions, carry out online and offline interactive activities, and receive customized policy and marketing guidance.

About 100 enterprises engaged in the new consumption industry have expressed intent to settle in the park, and will allocate some 3,000 versatile professionals.
