The backup talent training base for badminton in Hangzhou's Xiaoshan district has been established, with a training area of 4,600 square meters and equipped with 28 badminton courts as well as a standard basketball court.

Led by Ye Binghong, a former national badminton team player, the base aims to popularize badminton among young people and select talent for competitions.
