East China's Zhejiang province held an event titled "Zero Waste Cities, Green Future" in the capital city of Hangzhou on March 30 to mark International Zero Waste Day.

Additionally, awards were presented to winners of the province-wide Zero Waste Innovation Competition, with 11 cities in the province organizing a variety of International Zero Waste Day activities the same day.
In the Hubin business area, an event titled "I am a Zero Waste Activist" was held, featuring creative displays, fashion shows, interactive quizzes, and exhibitions of zero waste artworks, showcasing the progress made in advancing the zero-waste city philosophy in Hangzhou.
Furthermore, an exhibition and interactive activities highlighting zero waste initiatives were held, showcasing the city's experiences in waste reduction across various aspects of life, production, culture, and technology.
