If you have ever dreamed of flying through the sky, feeling the wind against your face, and touching the clouds, then look no further than Fuyang district, Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province.

The Yongan Mountain Paragliding Base, located on Yongan Mountain in Fuyang, is a top national paragliding training base in Asia. The training base is roughly 70 kilometers away from the downtown area of Hangzhou.

Winds mainly blow from the west throughout the year, making the training base the perfect place to experience the thrilling sport.

The takeoff site at the base covers an area of 12,000 square meters, and the mountain has an altitude of 410 meters.

Getting There

If traveling by car, search "Yongan China Paragliding Training Base" on any digital map and follow the directions.

If taking the high-speed train, depart from Hangzhou East Railway Station to Fuyang Station. After arriving, take a taxi to the Yongan China Paragliding Training Base.
