A new English radio program titled Hangzhou Focus started airing in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province on Dec 28, local media outlets reported.

Airing on channel FM89, expats and English enthusiasts in Hangzhou can receive up-to-date social, economic, cultural, and travel information about the city, helping them better understand the city and acclimatize to local conditions.

The program has daily and weekly editions, with the former being aired for three minutes at every half past the hour, except at 6:30 am and 7:30 am, for a total of 22 times in a day, and the latter being aired for one hour between 8 am to 9 am on every Saturday and Sunday.

Expats are welcomed to attend the weekend show to share their stories about living, working or studying in Hangzhou.

The program is also available on online podcasting platforms like Qingting FM and Ximalaya FM, as well as computer and mobile platforms like Xuexi.cn and Hangzhoufeel.
