The 6th China International Tea Expo will be held at the Hangzhou International Expo Center from May 17 to 21.

Focused on tea products, art, and technology, this year's edition will delve deep into tea culture and feature tastings, forums, and promotional events.

The expo, covering an exhibition area of 60,000 square meters with 2,700 international standard booths, will have six main areas, including conference areas, public brand zones, enterprise brand zones, overseas zones, comprehensive zones, and promotion activity zones.

Exhibits will encompass six major types of tea, along with tea utensils, tea attire, tea packaging machinery, tea technology and innovations, and new-style tea drinks, totaling over 10,000 products across the entire tea industrial chain.

Since Hangzhou became the permanent host of the exhibition in 2017, the event has served as a vital platform and window for China to showcase achievements in its tea industry to the world, facilitate domestic and international tea trade exchanges and cooperation, and promote the blending and mutual learning of tea cultures worldwide. This year, there are nearly 700 more booths than last year.

Preparations for the expo are progressing smoothly, with over 827 enterprises from more than 10 countries and regions having confirmed their participation, while 3,146 professional buyers have registered.
