Hangzhou's first subdistrict-level cultural & tourism complex opened yesterday. It features the Cultural & Art Exchange Center, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Hall of Daguan subdistrict and the Huang Liangqi Art Museum, forming a new cultural platform along the Grand Canal.
