Exhibition at Liangzhu Museum showcases 43 world heritage sites

The Liangzhu Museum in Yuhang district, Hangzhou opened its new exhibition Symphony of Time and Space: World Cultural Heritage in China. The display features 39 Chinese World Cultural Heritage sites and four combined natural and cultural heritage sites. The exhibition will run until Oct 31.
The showcase includes 45 precious artifacts such as oracle bones from the Yin Ruins, bronze figures from the Terracotta Warriors, and the jade seal of the Qianlong Emperor of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). Notable first-time exhibits include painted pottery figurines from the Silk Road and newly excavated stone Buddha heads from the Longmen Grottoes.
The exhibition also highlights China's journey in joining the UNESCO World Heritage Convention and its contributions to global heritage management.
