From July 22 to 27, nearly 1,000 young people from Hong Kong and Macao visited East China's Zhejiang province to engage in cultural exchange.

The event featured one opening ceremony, one day of exchange, and group visits to nine different cities across the province. Starting on July 24, the participants dispersed to various locations to explore further.

In Hangzhou, they experienced a blend of classical charm and modern innovation, exploring achievements in rural vitalization, digital economy, technological innovation, and healthcare.

Highlights included a visit to Tangqi village, where they observed the significant changes brought about by rural vitalization. The Hangzhou E-sports Center showcased the synergy between modern technology and sports. At the China Grand Canal Museum and Handicraft Museum, they were immersed in China’s rich and fascinating culture.

A participant from Hong Kong, Chiang Chih-ch'eng, remarked, "Standing on the Gongchen Bridge, I felt the echoes of history, deepening my understanding and appreciation of Chinese culture."

The group also toured H3C Group, the China Animation Museum, Kuahuqiao Relics Museum, Yangtze River Delta (Hangzhou) Manufacturing Digitalization Center, and Yunqi town. These visits offered them a closer look at the integration of digital technology in modern manufacturing, Chinese animation, and the beauty of culture.
