The soon-to-open Hangzhou Shangcheng Women's Fashion Center has already created a buzz, with over 200 premium brands submitting applications in just one week.

Located at No 52 Beiting Road in Shangcheng district, the new complex is set to become a hub for fashion innovation in Sijiqing, Hangzhou's renowned garment street.

Slated for completion next year, the 23,000-square-meter complex will host a variety of original, high-quality, and youthful women's fashion brands. The building recently topped out and is now undergoing interior renovations and leasing for storefronts.

The center aims to differentiate itself from the 22 existing fashion markets in the area. It will feature five floors dedicated to cutting-edge designer brands, with 200 retail spaces, while the upper levels will house designer studios, showrooms, and meeting areas. The sixth floor will boast a 1,000-square-meter outdoor event space and dining options, a rare feature in the area. Additionally, it will feature over 10,000 square meters of parking space with more than 500 parking spots to ease traffic congestion in the area.
